The way it works is – if you are a Legal Company, the Agency will say to you “I guarantee you will get results or you won’t pay a cent” – so then they go out and rank you for “lawyer for divorced males” (a search phrase that has very low Search Volume in Google) which is very easy to rank for – that will then void their guarantee… meanwhile your “results” are still pending.
So make sure when an Web Marketing company says they will “get guaranteed results” – that you will be ranking for solid high volume search phrases like “lawyer in Sydney”.
